Report Server and Web Portal Integration

Gain access to your data through reports defined for SSRS or web parts and then drill into your data with flexibility and control using common terminology and easily definable queries.
Flexible ad-hoc reporting
The Explorer ad-hoc query tool is a complement to the cleitn side reporting arsenal provided in the SharperLight application. It uses the same query interfaces, Engine and DataModels that are availble in the rest of the suite.
Grids, like Excel
Columns can be individually filtered in a similar way to Excel, and queries are transferable. Explorer is the basis for a Drill to transactional data from a summary in Excel or in Reporting Services.
Styles
Explorer handles stored images with flexible control and interface choices including card and grid options.
Reporting, Grouping, Drilling and Analysis
You can use SharperLight Data Explorer for multiple reporting scenarios, and it is the key application called from a web browser and when the Drilldown feature is activated. Grouping and styling are both covered by Explorer
Filtering and Column Filters
When you select a Drilldown, the filters from your current query are passed to Explorer and used to narrow the underlying data by that query through the Dynamic DataModels. You can then further analyze, drilldown or filter columns as required in an Ad-Hoc reporting tool.
Use Explorer to launch Drills into transactional and operation source data flexibly, controlled centrally by the DataModel. Save your queries and re-use them in other SharperLight reporting solutions.
